Digital realisation of a back-office system, the Product and Agreement Store, which is responsible for managing the LeasePlan master agreements. These agreements form the business foundation of the lease relationship between the company and its customers.
Users
The backoffice tool is utilised in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Tasks
• Organise the design cadence
• Coordinate the design backlog with the PO and BA
• Conduct usability testing using interactive online prototypes
• Work in an English environment online due to COVID lockdowns
• Write and organize user stories for the sprints & defining UX criteria
• Be available to provide design development counseling
